Humans are constantly looking for the easy way out of a tough situation. I mean, I’ve always been told “work smarter, not harder, Natalie, that’s the only way to live life,” so… that’s why I’m sitting here contemplating, wondering, thinking… why am I here? What am I doing? Where am I going?

Semi-aware of what’s going on in a sarcastic-done-with-the-world attitude, she begins to get angrier. Crosses her arms.

So let me guess:you’re here to save my life. You’re here to tell me that I have so much to live for and that everything is going to get better. You want me to have a sudden realization that my life matters for some odd reason. You want to sit there and force me to spill my life story out so you can fix it right?! Is that how this going to work?!
